This is the agreement between Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. (“SHO”) and you (this “Agreement”) for you to work as an employee of SHO entitled “Interim Chief Financial Officer” for the six-month period from June 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017 (this six-month period, the “Term”). In this position, you can report to Will Powell, Ceo and President of SHO. At the end of the period, your working relationship with SHO ends. In order to certify and conclude an agreement on this matter, the employer has concluded this contract by the appropriate procedure with the authorization of official representatives of the enterprise and with the agreement of the worker, which has been issued here in writing. I understand that I am compensated as a temporary worker and that my working time should not exceed the weekly working time. My engagement may be interrupted at any time due to a lack of money, program termination, the return of a permanent full-time employee to service, or for some other reason, at the discretion of the South Carolina Department of Operations and Special Needs (DDSN). I understand that under this temporary agreement, I do not have paid annual leave, sick leave, military leave or leave. This employment contract is entered into by Piedmont Technical College and the agency and instrument of the State of South Carolina, hereinafter referred to as College and hereinafter temporary worker.

TASKS. The company uses temporary work as [POSITION TITLE] (the “position”). The Temp agrees to employ the company under the conditions laid down in this fixed-term contract and agrees to devote its full-time time and attention (with the exception of appropriate periods of illness) to the fulfilment of its obligations under this Agreement.
